Now I'm going to talk about Healthy Morning Routines.

Healthy day starts from healthy morning. If your morning is healthy then your whole day will be healthy then you can give your 100% to your work and you can do something with activeness.

Now you are thinking that how to make morning healthy?

There are top 10 healthy morning routines which is found out and practicaly analyzed by me. Read all best morning routines thats help you to change your life.

Let's start...

Before the start I want to let you know about our body. Do you know? Our body is a alarm watch. It's funny thing but in reality It's a biological term we called them Biological Clock or Biological Rhythm.

What is it?


If we do something regularly then its will be our routine and body give signal to do it on same time regularly.
follow SEVEN DAYS RULE to set Biological Rhythm.

What is it?


It is a secret. If we doing a particular work on same time for 7 days then its will be our routine.
I will talk about top best morning routine to follow regularly. This morning routines will make your day healthy.


There are many articles and blogs on morning routine on the Internet network
May be you had read many articles already. I will not talk about new morning routines. I will talk about those routines which is easily follow your biological rhythm.


1. Wake Up Early

If you finish your 6 to 7 hours sleep then it's enough then wake up. For wake up early sleep early. 
Try to wake up at 5:30 to 6 AM because wake up early in the morning is beneficial for your body. Some peoples think that we are night person. So they work & study late night and wake up late in morning. This is their Myth. They has seted their biological rhythm  for this routine. They can change their biological rhythm easily if they want.

2. Drink Healthy-

A. Water-

According to a research our body is made of up to 60% water so it's important for our body.
If your day starts from drinking one glass of water then it's good for your stomach and your health.

B. Lemon Water -

Lemon water increase digestive power. Lemon has Vitamin C. It's help to increase good bacteria in our stomach. Regularly drinking lemon water will help to improve skin quality.

Note - Coffee is beneficial to our health but drinking in the morning is not good because it's increase cortisol level in our body and cause for stress.

3. Do Regular Works

Teeth brushing & face washing is your regular works. 
Brush your teeth is important for your mouth and teeth. It's avoid bacterial infection & mouth odor.
Do you know? According to a research Brushing is also beneficial for our heart.

Face Washing - wash your face with organic facewash daily. It's important for your face skin. It's improve your skin quality.

4. Fresh breathing & walking

Connect with nature. Go outside in the park or garden walking there and get pure morning oxygen from the nature.
Morning sunlight is also important for our bones and skin.

5. Meditation & Yoga (Stretching)

Meditation - According to a study do meditation for only 10 min helps you to increase your concentration power. Meditation will improve your brain memory. It release good harmones like dopamine (happiness harmon) and oxytocin (love hormone). We feel better whole day by this hormones.

Yoga - I know some times you feel lazy and it becomes challenging task for you but yoga and normal stretching helps you to increase flexibility of your muscles. Muscles made by myofibrils when we do yoga daily then myofibrils increase in muscles and it's increase streaght of muscles then you will not feel laziness, foutige & tiredness.

6. Take Shower

Regularly bathing is good for your health. It helps to avoid body odor. Bath with cold or normal tap water. It should not so cold and not so warm.
Keep hygienic your body.

7. Healthy Breakfast

Healthy breakfast is important for healthy morning. Do breakfast daily.

Healthy breakfast is-
● Curd/Yogurt
● Sprouts beans
● Fruit
● Dryfruit
● Juice
● Milk ( if you choose juice & curd then don't drink milk)
● Eggs


These choices will help you to keep digestion good and power up your muscles.
You can change your breakfast menu according to you. It's maybe differ from my recommendation but eat healthy and fresh.

8. Listening Music

According to a study listening music in morning is beneficial to our brain. It refresh our mood and increase our memory power.

9. Read Something

According to a research reading in morning is good for our brain.
Now you are thinking that what should we read in morning?
Read newspaper, books or informative articles and positive quotes etc. But read something positive and good.

10. Create a to-do list

Create to-do list is good way to figure out what will you do in whole day.
It keep you to aware by your works and you can do your work on time.
