Why we eat fruits?

There are many reasons to eat fruits daily:

Vitamins: Human body can not produce all vitamins. Vitamins act as catalysts in our metabolism.  So it's necessary for our body. Fruit is a source of vitamins. We fulfill our vitamin requirements by eat fruits.

Special Substances: Fruits has special substances which is useful in many dangerous disease.
It's prevent many diseases. 

Minerals & Acids: Many minerals & acids are present in fruits which is useful for metabolic reaction.

Antioxidant: Fruits has  health boosting antioxidants which is useful for oxidise of free radicals (Free radicals damage our body tissues)

Fibers :  it helps in maintain bowel movement, lowers cholesterol level, normalize bowel movement and control blood sugar level.

Fruits are good source of all essential nutrients so we should eat fruits daily.
According to WHO recommend ingestion of at least 400g fruits per day.

Every fruits are important for health but I mentioned top 5 fruits according to their interesting health benefits.
