We eat for living and growing. We eat many foods but they have same nutrients i.e. carbohydrates, protein, fats, vitamins and minerals.
Every nutrients are important for our bodygrowth and energy. Every nutrients are necessary for body.
Carbohydrates, fats and proteins are macronutrient & vitamins and minerals are micronutrients. All macronutrients provide energy to our body and micronutrients help in the metabolism and other requirements.

◆ Brief knowledge of protein digestion :
There are many enzymes who digest protein and breakdown into the simple absorbable molecules it's called amino acids. Amino acid is unit of protein. We can say that it's a raw material for protein.

1) Most of the human body made up from protein :
Protein is necessary for build and repair our body tissues.
● Bone - bone made most of the collegen. Collagen is a protein that provides a soft framework.
● Muscels -You have heard that body builder's requirements is protein rich food. Because muscles also made up from myosin, actin, troponin and tropomyosin. Protein helps to build our muscles.
The funcional unit of muscles is muscles fiber made by these proteins.
If we use our muscles more then by adaption our muscle will make more fibers and it'll more strong.
● Blood (haemoglobin) - haemoglobin is a protein.
● Hair, nail and skin - it's made up from keratin protein
2) Many hormones and enzymes are made up from protein :
● Hormomes - Many hormones are protein type (aminoacids and peptide hormone) ex. ACTH, ghrelin, ANP, CCK, FSH, MSH . The amino acids are required during the synthesis of those hormones. I've been told you in last article about good hormones.
● Enzymes - enzymes used for speed up the metabolism. And enzyme also made up from amino acids.
3) Cell parts are made up from proteins :
Protein is an important component of every cell in the body.
Because cell has gates, channels and pumps in their membrane to transport ions and nutrients. These channels also made up from protein.
4) Protein can't be stored in to the cell :
Carbohydrates and fat can be stored in cell but proteins can't be stored and all our body quality shows by protein because DNA forms mRNA then mRNA forms protein and proteins show our skin quality, muscle quality, eye colour, metabolism quality and also intelligency. So good source of protein should be present in our diet.
5) Protein is good for instantly weight loss :
Protein is not stored as fat and carbs, it is fully used if you take more protein.
If you want to loss weight then replacing some of your carbs and fat with proteins.
Loss weight by protein intake helps you to keep it off in long term because high protein diet boost metabolism and leads to an automatic reduction in calories intake.
Keep in your mind that balance diet is good for your health if you eat more protein and less carbs and fat then it's not good for your health. Now I'll tell about rich protein sources.
