Definitely your answer will be yes because nobody can remember things for  long time.

But there are many tricks & methods for remember for long time.

I use some of them for memorize my stuffs. In this article I'll share all tricks & methods which is used by me. This tricks will be very usefull for you. 
other than this I'll tell you useful tips for good memory.

In last article I gave you some interesting facts and secrets of brain. If you didn't read last article please read that article.

Our brain is very complicated structure many scientists are doing work on it for know about brain.
Many studies are done on the brain. I'll give all information which is based on many studies.

1) Mnemonics Method :

I analyze that our brain don't memorize simple things. Brain memorize only kinda weird, humorous, funny, interesting, familiar & unique things. 

Mnemonics is a method for improve and assisting the memory. 
By this method we can convert our study in a interesting way.
How to make mnemonics?

the first letters of the words within a phrase are used to form a name then link that name to a funny, interesting and weird things. For example if you want to memorize bone of skull then its mnemonic is STEP OF then create a imagination to link this word or link to stored memory. I used this imagination ⬇️

Next example:

If you want to learn colours of rainbow then make a unique word ex.- VIBGYOR

Violet
Indigo
Blue
Green
Yellow
Orange
Red

This word is weird and unique then brain can catch & store this word fastly for long term memory.

2) Linking Method :

Our brain memorize fastly those things which is linked to privous memory or familiar memory.

3) Repeat Method :

Our brain forget because we don't repeat those things.
So if we repeat stuff in a certain days then we can recall fastly.

4) Don't Read Only Learn (Imagination Method) :

What is the difference between reading and learning?
According to me if we read then it goes superficially from our mind.
Learning: Reading with Understand.
Learning is a process of imagination. Study with understand and imagination is good method for memorization.

5) Use Color(Visuals), Fragrance & Music:

It's weird but it's true. If we memorize something by use of sense organs then it store in long term memory. 
I use color pens, animated videos and mindmaps & flashcards for memorize for long term.
Fragrance and music may be helpful for memorization.
I use slow and melody(classic) music with fragnace. It's helped me to memorize fast.

Now I'll tell you some study based methods for good memory.

1) Meditation :

According to study meditation (10 min in morning and 10 min in night) is very good for brain.
It increase our memory power. It takes time but it's very effective method. I used this method and I feel improvement in me. So I suggest you.

2) Enough Sleep :

According to study enough sleeping is good for arrangement of memory in brain. 
If we sleep then our brain feel relaxed and work properly with high energy.

3) Solve Puzzle :

According to study puzzle is good for enhance our memory.
we should become a risk friendly person because if we give more comfort to our brain then our brain will become lazy. 
Move out from comfort zone and doing something brain booster puzzle and play some games to improve memroy.

4) Eat & Drink Healthy :

◆ Memory Booster Foods:
There are many memory booster foods but I used only these so I suggest you to eat these food for good memory.

● Dark Chocolate
● Banana
● Almond
● Walnut
● Pumpkin seeds

Drink more water, milk, coffee and  juice for healthy brain.
