Today I'm going to tell about most amazing chemicals which is produced by human body and their function for health.

Our body produce many chemical for many purpose like metabolism, regulation, repairing etc.

Our body control by two methods first by nervous regulation and second by humoral regulation (for example hormones).

Many activities like happiness, sadness, angriness, love, sleep, learning, pleasure, appetite (hungriness), mood, relationship(bonding), trust and fear are control by many hormones of human body.

If you'll know that when and how these chemicals secret then you can control your body by yourself and keep your body healthy.

Normally, the secretion of hormones is under the control of the brain, but it can also be controlled by some external factors.

Many food, many activities can affect on secretion of hormones. Many chemical may be affect on your health.

I'll tell you about what foods and activities are responsible for these beneficial chemical in your body.

There are many hormones and enzymes are produce in body but I'll tell you top 5 chemicals basis on their amazing function and good affect on health.

Let's start....

5. Melatonin :

◆ Functions:

● This hormone controls biological clock (I've told you in my previous article about biological clock) and sleep-awake cycle.

● It influence metabolism, menstrual cycle and defence capability.

● It responsible for skin color (pigmentation). It reduce level of melanin (pigment) in skin and skin goes white due to lack of melanin.

◆ Secretion:

● During sleep

● At night

● Eat walnuts, almonds, pineapple, banana and orange contain substantial amount of melatonin.

● 10 min morning sunshine exposer helps to secret melatonin at night because vitamin D helps to secret melatonin.

◆ Functions :

● It's Love Hormone (Bonding Hormone).

● secrets for muscle contraction(Uterine contraction during delivery).

● Mainly secrets in female.

I put on no.1 because it is very beneficial hormon for health. It is also a neurotransmitter. It has multiple function. That's why this hormone deserve no.1 position.

● It's a "feel good" hormone.
● It is associated with pleasure, learning, memory, motor system function. I told you already that when we think positively and curiously then it secrets and memory reserve in long term memory.
● Responsible for happiness, pleasure and good feeling.

◆ Secretion :

● During excitement, curiosity.

● During laughing and seeing something interesting.

● During listing favorite music.

● Eat banana, milk, yogurt and chocolate.
