What Should Do in Self Quarantine Period? | How to Fight with Infectious Diseases?


First of all I apologise for late posting because of my exams and busy schedule. 

Today in this article I will talk about what is self quarantine? Why self Quarantine is important? What we should do in quarantine period ? How to overcome from infectious diseases ? How to stay healthy ? So please read full article till the end.

● What is Quarantine ?
 
It's a state, period, or place of isolation. Isolation means separate from others for less infection.

In this period we should aware & keep our body healthy for overcome infectious diseases and safe other from infection.

Nowadays all countries are taking action on it and give advise to take self qurantine for fight with COVID19.

● Why Quarantine is Important ? 

 If we isolate from others then it will beark the chain of infection. It provides a environment to overcome the disease. It is a rest period in which we can improve our health. Outside of the body virus is  a non-living organism . If it will not infect any people or not get any host for regeneration then its life span will be complete then it will be die. So isolation is important to prevent infection.

Now we know that what it is?  So what we should do in this period?

● What should do in Self-Qurantine ?

◆ Keep Your Body Hygienic :

 Generally millions of viruses, bacteria and other pathogens lives on our body and they wait for favourable condition for them. 
 We touch and hold many contaminated things, we do sneezing or coughing. So many pathogens come in contact with us.
 So regular handwash with alcohol based  and antibacterial sanitizer. For killing COVID19 you should take 60% alcohol based sanitizer and take bath regularly.

Wear a hygienic mask to protect from virus. Keep hygienic napkin.

◆ Eat Healthy and Immunity Booster Foods :


 There is no treatment, vaccine and medicine available for COVID19 yet. So only our immunity is a way to fight with COVID19. I already wrote a article on five immunity booster food for fight with CoronaVirus. 
  Our immunity system work well when some nutrients will help in its system so eat some immune booster foods. Eat fresh and healthy foods.
  If you stay home then eat fruits at least two times a day.

◆ Drink Water, Keep Body Hydrated :

I suggest you that drink water because if you drink water then it will help to release toxic substance of body. It may release virus produced toxic substance so drinking water is good for your body.

◆ Do Yoga, Exercise and Meditation :

This time to stay home and if you become lazy and go on bed for rest all the day then your body can not overcome disease. 

Keep your body energetic and active. Do yoga, Exercise and meditation at home. It helps to release good hormones in our body then they will help to overcome any diseases.

◆ Spent Time With Family & Stay Positive :

Spent time with family but keep required distance. Laugh with them and talk with them. Stay positive because it helps to release good hormones which is beneficial for your body.

Keep away from negative vibes, should not take any tension because of this cortisol level high in your body which is harmful for your body.

These are some tips to overcome disease and prevent infection.
